The scope of dwell time is show on panel, as per personal taste to choose the dwell time.
Process time includes heat and dwell time
Rotary the knob in clockwise, heat(red) light, start power on.

holdup time set around 6-10 Mins
The lamp of heat and holdup will light when reach working pressure then auto into dwell station. Countdown started, knob counterclockwise overturned, when to 'OFF' position, heating cooking finish, the heating lamp and the pressure lamp power off; heat preservation light "yellow” then into the heat preservation condition.

When the knob to 'OFF' position then finish the cooking, the rice could be eaten ( but if keep heat for some mins, the rice will be more delicious)
Heating lamp light during cooking, only off when into keep warm, dwell lamp light only when pressure reaches.
Heat lamp light, if no need keep warm then could power off.
